How to Check an AT&T Call History Log
AT&T provides multiple ways to check your call history
log for its contract cell phones, its Go Phones and its U-verse land lines.
You'll need access to the Internet and an AT&T online account. You might
also need the my AT&T app for phone, PC or mobile device, depending on what
equipment you use to access the Internet.
Check AT&T Contract Cell Phone Call History Log:
Using the Internet
Step :- Enter your user ID and
password to access your account.
Step :- Hover your cursor over Billing,
Usage, Payments at the top of the page. Under Usage,
click
on Usage
Since Last Bill. View different usage time periods by using the Showing
drop-down
menu. You can download your usage data in Excel or CSV format.
Using the my AT&T App or Mobile Site
Step :- Download and install the
mobile app to your phone:
Log
on to the Windows Phone Store, the App Store or Google Play. Select Apps and
search on my AT&T; or
Scan
the QR code with your smart phone; or
Text
APP to 8758 from your AT&T phone to receive a download link
or
Log on to the
AT&T mobile site.
Step:- Enter your user ID and
password, then select your wireless account.
Step:- Select Menu and then Usage to view your call
history since your last bill.
Check AT&T Go Phone Call History
Using the Internet
Step :- Select the Account
History option.
Here you can view logs for voice calls, data use, refills and charges for any
features packages you have on your account.
Step :- Filter your call history
by the desired time frame and type of call, such as incoming calls, outgoing
calls or missed calls.
Using the myAT&T Mobile App
Step :- Download and install the
mobile app:
Log
in to the Windows Phone Store,
the App Store or Google Play.
Select Appsand search on myAT&T; or
Scan
the QR code with your smart phone; or
Text APP to 8758 from your
AT&T phone to receive a download link
Step :- Bring up the App and log
in with your AT&T wireless GoPhone number and four-digit password.
Step :- Select Account and filter your
call log data for the desired time frame and call type.
Check AT&T U-verse Landline Call History
Using the Internet
Step :- Log in to your myAT&T account with
your U-verse member ID, or, if your U-verse account is linked to an AT&T
access ID, enter the user ID.
Step :- Select My
Plans,
then U-verse
Voice,
then Voice
Features
Step :- Click on the Call
Log tab
to view your call history. This information may be downloaded in PDF, CSV or
XLS formats.
Using Your U-verse Television Screen
Step :-Turn to channel 9900
with the U-verse remote, or press Menu and scroll to the Interactive option
Step :- Scroll to and select
your U-verse phone number.
Step :- Select OK and your call
history information is displayed. You can sort the
call log by the caller's name, the date of the call or by
phone number.
Using the my AT&T App or Mobile Site
Step :- Select My
Plans and Services, then Manage Phone Features and Settings.
Step :- Tap View
Call Log.
Here you can sort the call log data to display all, sent, received or missed
calls.

View the Call History Detail for a Boo
Boost Mobile is a wireless, prepaid cell phone service
provider that is a subsidiary of the Sprint Nextel corporation. It offers
monthly plans with no contract requirements. One of the features Boost mobile
provides is the ability to check the call history of the phone so that you can
track down missed phone numbers or verify that you made calls to a specific
number. You can view the call history straight from the Boost Mobile cell phone.
Step :- Press the "OK"
button on the Boost mobile phone. It will initiate the main menu display to
appear.
Step :- Locate the "Call
History" application.
Step :- Click "OK."
Step :- Select to view
"Outgoing Calls," "Incoming Calls" or "Missed
Calls."
Step :-Press "OK" to
confirm the selection you have made.
